Identity Health Clinic

Identity Health Clinic provides trauma-informed, evidence-based healthcare to meet the wellness needs of Alaska’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community. These principles expand on Identity’s other community based programs, together our community center and Health Clinic work to uplift 2SLGBTQIA+ Alaskan’s overall sense of health and wellbeing.

Identity Health Clinic is open for in person appointments, but we will not be accepting walk-ins at this time.We currently accept Medicaid, Medicare, Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, VA Choice, Self Pay patients and any insurance we are not in network negotiations with. 

All services we offer are based on the trauma informed evidence based care model. Services include:

Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association or Four A’s – supports and empowers people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS and works toward the elimination of HIV infection and its stigma in all Alaskan communities; they offer free HIV testing
