May 28th – Pride Float in the Crab Fest Parade
Kodiak Pride presents their take on let’s get crack in’!
Rather than conform to society, this king crab is breaking out of their shell and flourishing on their own terms.
By breaking through these personal and societal barriers we can improve understanding and communication in our community. Together we can make Kodiak a more inclusive, affirming, and supportive island, not only for the LGBTQ+, but for all!
We invite all to walk with our float at the parade. Bring candy to throw as we walk if you are able. Hope to see you there!
