Identity Health Clinic Open House

Identity Health Clinic is officially 1 year old🎂🤩
Come celebrate with us at the Clinic’s open house on April 28th from 12:00 – 7:00pm (stop by anytime).
We will have free HIV testing, blood pressure assessments, stroke prevention education, and Providence’s mobile mammography van (call ahead to schedule an appointment).
There will be live music and drag performances from 5-7pm!

At the event we will also have:

• Drag performances!!! 
• Free merchandise stuff from Identity & 4As
• HIV testing, BP checks, Stroke assessment (FREE & no need to schedule ahead)
