It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Identity Health, both the Anchorage, Alaska Clinic site and efforts to bring a clinic to Spokane, Washington. 

We are deeply grateful for the warm reception and community engagement you have given us as community members. This decision was not made lightly. It was made with careful consideration of what it takes to build something sustainable and truly worthy of the communities we serve.

The need for this care in Spokane remains real and urgent. While this chapter is ending, our commitment, as individuals, to a future where this care is accessible in the Inland Northwest has not changed.
